SPS International Co., Ltd. ("SPSCOS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is
committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains
what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry,
use our chat assistant, or interact with our advertising:
- Contact information you provide through our forms — name, email address,
phone number, company or brand name, and country.
- Project information you share with us — product category, target markets,
order quantity, target price, benchmark products, packaging requirements, and related
business details.
- Files you upload — optional reference images or documents (JPG, PNG, PDF)
attached to an inquiry or project brief.
- Chat assistant conversations — the questions you ask our website chat
assistant and the responses provided.
- Automatically collected data via cookies and similar technologies —
pages visited, referring page, browser type, device information, and approximate location
derived from your IP address.
- Interaction recordings — anonymised session activity such as mouse movement,
clicks, and scrolling, captured by our analytics tools to help us improve site usability.
- Advertising interaction data collected through third-party advertising
platforms, including ad clicks and conversion events.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide manufacturing quotes or proposals
- Communicate with you about your project, including follow-up messages about an active inquiry
- Operate and improve our website, including our chat assistant
- Measure and improve marketing and advertising performance through analytics
- Send you marketing communications where you have given consent (you may withdraw consent at any time)
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to
measure advertising performance. These currently include:
- Google Analytics 4 — website traffic and usage analytics.
- Google Ads — advertising delivery, remarketing, and conversion measurement.
- Google Tag Manager — a tag management tool we use to deploy and update the
measurement tags listed here.
- Microsoft Clarity — usability analytics that records session interactions
such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling, together with heatmaps. Clarity applies
automatic masking to text input fields.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-oriented traffic measurement provided by
our hosting platform.
- Embedded YouTube videos — where a page embeds a video, YouTube may set
cookies and receive data about your visit when the video loads or plays.
- Content delivery networks — Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve fonts and script
libraries and necessarily receive your IP address in order to deliver those files.
If we launch advertising campaigns on additional platforms, the corresponding measurement tags
(for example the LinkedIn Insight Tag) may be added, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how parts
of the site function.
