Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Any manufacturing engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over the Site's content in the event of a conflict.
Products shown on the Site illustrate our development and manufacturing capabilities. Product availability, specifications, ingredients, and regulatory status vary by market and are confirmed during the project process. Products displayed may have been developed for other brands and are shown as capability references; they are not offered for resale as-is unless expressly agreed. Regulatory approvals and certifications differ by destination country and must be confirmed for each project.
